Before you request an appointment

• Requests may take up to 72 hours for a response.
• Please upload relevant medical records, especially vaccine history.
• A $25 deposit is required when booking. It is nonrefundable and applied toward your final balance.
• If our team sends you a booking link, please do not share it or reuse it for future appointments. Each appointment must be arranged through our request process.
• Final payment is due by cash or credit card on the day of service.
